DIN ISO 9001 – Safety and quality for the benefit of concord customers
Particularly high service quality requires functioning quality management.
For this reason we will have our company procedures and processes certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001. The goal: maximum customer satisfaction through permanent self-critical analysis and optimization of our service portfolio.
Permanent controls according to SQAS, as standard at concord!
In order to meet all customer requirements to the highest degree, we are committed to monitoring and improving quality. In order to be able to document this, we have been certified according to the Standard of the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry (SQAS)* since 2009. Incidentally, this certification focuses not only on quality, but also on transport safety.
